20/03/21- Feeling Nosey?
Well, this is me!
I recently started sharing my own TTC journey on tiktok, but I’ll be honest I’m much more comfortable behind the screen rather than on it! I created this blog page so you wonderful people could follow along my journey, and maybe we can learn a thing or two from each other along the way!
A simple introduction for those of you who haven’t spoken with me before, my name is Tas. I’m shortly due to be married to my wonderful wife of 6 years. We should have been married last year, but somebody licked a bat and we are all currently confined to our homes.
We’ve been TTC for several years now, firstly with the intention for me to carry the baby. However after 3 miscarriages and a lot of physical and emotional pain, we discovered several issues that might make this more than a little tricky. So we decided to go ahead and try with my wife Sarah instead. Sarah is in her 40’s now, and we were worried that due to my health conditions I may never be able to carry a baby to term. We decided that we’d have one baby using Sarah’s womb now before she got older, and then we can go back to trying with me in the future, being in my 20’s I’ve got more time to wait. It felt like the safest way to ensure we would get to have at least one child together.
We are currently waiting for the next cycle to start so that we can attempt our next IUI!
